TX-1128 ElectroSeal EcE is a Ag/Gl filled silicone elastomer. EcE has excellent shielding properties and conductivity. This material has excellent sealing at temperature extremes, is ozone resistant and has a long shelf life. It is recommended for applications where there are high shielding requirements, including electromagnetic pulses. This material can be Molded, Extruded, or molded into sheets and then Die Cut. The low-resistance conductive film and the conductive carbon film are processed by a blown film process, and the superconducting carbon black is perfectly integrated with the carrier, the structure is stable, the resistance value is uniform, the surface is smooth and flat, and comparing with the printing and casting process on the market, it has the unique advantage of easy to stock, no powder drop, oxidation resistance and low cost. Functional film series products are widely used in various fields such as toner cartridges, high-end photocopying equipment, precision instruments, electronic whiteboards, medical electrodes, cosmetic electrodes and electric heating.
